(EFE).- La cantante mexicana Yuri confesó que desde que contrajo la covid-19 hace un año no ha dejado de tener complicaciones de salud por las secuelas que le dejó el nuevo coronavirus.
«Me regresaron secuelas en el sistema nervioso y estoy bajo tratamiento, estuve bastante malita, pero lo detectaron a tiempo», expresó la cantante para un programa de revista mexicano.
Yuri mencionó que padece una falla en el sistema nervioso central autónomo, encargado de regular funciones vitales y no voluntarias como la respiración, la frecuencia cardíaca o el sistema gastrointestinal, llamado disautonomía.
«La gente no sabe que lo padece y no sabe cómo tratarlo», aseguró la intérprete, quien confesó que visitó a dos neurólogos para su tratamiento y por eso incitó a la gente a revisar su salud.
Entre los males que ha presentado la cantante están los desmayos, fuertes dolores de cabeza, así como un desajuste en sus niveles de presión, que para regularlos ha tenido que medicarse.
A finales de septiembre del 2020, Yuri se encontraba grabando el programa «¿Quién es la máscara?» junto a Omar Chaparro, Consuelo Duval, Carlos Rivera, entre otros artistas, cuando se supo que Omar y Consuelo habían dado positivo en la prueba de coronavirus.
En ese entonces, Yuri negó que ella se hubiera contagiado, y declaró que solamente padecía una alergia, pero tiempo después confesaría que sí contrajo la enfermedad en el foro y que se dio cuenta cuando llegaron las secuelas dos meses después.
En ese entonces la cantante vivió momentos duros por ataques de ansiedad y taquicardias, así como el exceso de caída del pelo.
Debido a todo lo que ha tenido que atravesar, Yuri también confesó al mismo medio que los momentos de desesperación que le han traído estas secuelas en algún momento llegó a pensar en la muerte.
«Si voy a estar viviendo así y mi calidad de vida no es bonita, llegué a pensar, señor llévame, pero después dije, tengo a mi hijo, a mi hija y esposo, no puede ser. Pero si te desesperas y si tú no estas agarrada de Dios, no sé cómo la gente que tiene esto ha podido seguir», expresó.
